Pyelonephritis
Pyelonephritis is a nonspecific inflammatory process with a predominant lesion of the tubular kidney system, predominantly bacterial etiology, characterized by a lesion of the renal pelvis (pyelitis), calyx and kidney parenchyma (mainly its interstitial tissue).
