VIOPHTAN NR 7 - Bioregulator of the Ciliary Body of the Eye

VIOPHTAN NR 7 is a protein-peptide eye balm. Targeted peptide-based modulator of the visual analyzer. Used as eye drops.

Indications for use:

• Open-angle glaucoma;
• Astigmatism (myopic and hyperopic);
• Iridocyclitis;
• Accomadation spasm (prevention and treatment of progressive myopia);
• Ocular asthenopia (fatigue with prolonged visual strain);
• Presbyopia.

Composition:

1 ml of sterile solution contains: demineralized water 8.5±0.2 mg NaCl; 0.1±0.01 mg CaCI₂ and 10^-7-10^-8 mg protein-peptide complex.

Source of bioregulator isolation: ciliary body of the eye of young bulls.

Physiological action:

• By restoring the structure and function of the ciliary body,
• Normalizes aqueous humor production,
• Regulates aqueous humor circulation in the anterior chamber angle.
• Improves the function of the ciliary muscle, which is responsible for lens accommodation.

Mode of application:

Viophtan is instilled into the eyes, 1-2 drops at a time, 2-4-6 times, depending on the condition.

Different Viophtans are instilled at intervals of at least 10 minutes.
